Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Your appointment time is booked just for you.

As a professional courtesy to other clients and staff, we request a 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. If you have to cancel your appointment and we are notified 24 hours in advance, you will be able to reschedule to a later date at no additional charge.

In the event that you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, but contact us before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full appointment cost. However, of this charge, 50% may be used to reschedule your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. No refunds will be given.

Cancelation made in less than 24 hours:

      1) Will require a charge of 50% of services booked

      2) “No shows” are charged 100% of services booked at regular price.

      3) Transaction fees are not refundable.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and they will be charged for their "missed" appointment. No refunds will be given.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. No refunds will be given. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
